Dance together: for all who want to become active themselves, K3 offers regular classes and workshops on topics ranging from dance to wellbeing. All classes are taught by experienced dancers and choreographers.

Up to eight courses per season: dance enthusiasts of all ages will find an extensive range of classes in our programme in cooperation with the VHS. Weekly classes, bloc courses and choreographic projects deal with topics such as dance and health, dance practice or appreciation of dance.

The spectrum of topics allows different age and interest groups with and without previous experience to get acquainted with contemporary dance and to experience it in practice. Registration is ONLY possible through the  VHS Hamburg.

Up close and personal with artistic processes of creation: Our workshops are based on the artistic practices of the instructing choreographers. Participants are introduced to artistic working methods on a practical level, encouraged to exchange ideas with one another and to experiment with choreographic material.

K3 Movement Class

The K3 Movement Class gives dance enthusiasts of all ages an insight into different movement and dance methods. Once a month, K3 Movement Class offers the opportunity to dance under the guidance of experienced choreographers and dance facilitators. The focus is on the joy of movement and exploring one's own body. Above all, there is dancing, dancing, dancing!

A new addition to the programme is the Young Movement Class for anyone between the ages of 14 and 21. The open movement session for young people will take place every week in May and June as a prelude to the programme and will offer an insight into the dance styles of Krump, Hip Hop and Contemporary.
