Every year in March, K3 presents three world premieres by three young international choreographers. As a conclusion of each season´s residency program, K3 offers a unique opportunity for all the curious and cross-border dance-aficionados to see the works created by the choreographers in residence. The performances are accompanied by a dense program of workshops and warm-ups, lectures and discussions, audience discussions and introductions, which provide insight into the themes and working methods of the artistic research and the pieces.
Thus TanzHochDrei forms the conclusion and highlight of the eight-month residency of the three artists, who always begin their research and work phases at K3 in August and in their course give insight into their work in rehearsals, the series Moving Heads, and the atelier format Probebühne Eins.
