PHYSICAL ADAPTABILIY AS A RESOURCE FOR EXPRESSION
Attention! 2G event (vaccinated/recovered)!
Due to Covid-19, we cannot offer open classes for professional dancers at the moment. Therefore we offer intensive courses with a limited number of participants. These courses last 3 days each and take place Monday to Wednesday from 10:30am - 12:30pm. A ticket (15€) allows you to participate on all 3 days. Single classes cannot be attended. A registration with a short CV at email@example.com is absolutely necessary. You will receive a link to buy a ticket.
The adaptability of our body to spatial conditions and dynamic processes is required in everyday processes as well as in dance. Whether I orientate myself to architectural guidelines and react to the movements of my environment or follow a spatial direction, a track in the air or an impluse that throws me to the ground: my body is always reorganising itself.
My training radically focuses on spatial and dynamic concepts in order to practise such adaptive processes. The aim is to improve mobility and clarity in relation to the intention of the movement and to stimulate a technical as well as artistic research.
35% Warm-up sequences on squares and through spaces
