Techno instead of the snooze button: this early morning warm-up gets the body moving with electronic beats and analogue vinyl sounds. Driving rhythms meet mindful awareness, inviting you to explore different qualities of movement and states of being. Between energy, rhythm and the body, space is created to wake up, energise yourself and start the day with a dance. A musical warm-up for anyone who likes to start their morning a little differently.

Fanni Schack

who grew up in Hungary, is a dancer, dance educator and Gyrokinesis instructor. She studied dance and contemporary dance education at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. Since 2014, she has been teaching a variety of groups, combining movement with sensory and somatic awareness. As a dancer, she works as a freelancer in Frankfurt. Since 2023, she has also been a lecturer at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts and works as a dance educator at the Mainz State Theatre.
