This training explores the how of floorwork. The focus lies on building a resilient body, developing conscious movement awareness, and using the fundamentals as a foundation for creative freedom. The training offers practical tools for independent exploration, deeper movement research, and a sustainable integration of floorwork into an individual dance or movement practice.

Luciano Baptiste

graduated with a BA in Dance from HFMDK and studied four years with Merlin Lang. His work explores movement as a lifelong practice, focusing on resilience, longevity, creativity, and the how of the dancer’s body.
