RITOURNELLES. OR: ABOUT CIRCULAR MOTION (3+)
In Ritournelles, everything revolves around circles. Dancing, humming, and singing, three performers use their bodies, voices and objects to create a magical circle. Within this circle, they invent new words, rhythms, and movements. Sometimes their circle becomes enormous, sometimes tiny, and sometimes it takes the form of a cave. The three performers experiment, are surprised, or fail. — In doing so, they create a magic that encourages young and old viewers alike and awakens their desire for adventure.
