Micro Dynamics blends Chinese Dance, Kung Fu and Ballroom to improve spinal mobility, coordination, and body awareness. Through floorwork, acrobatics, and rhythm training, participants gain strength, injury prevention, clarity under pressure, and expressive freedom. The class also helps in developing explosive power, mental resilience, and a deeper presence in both movement and performance.

Cola Ho Lok Yee

is a Hong Kong-born dancer who received her training at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) as well as at Performact in Portugal. She has worked with Quorum Ballet, Roberto Olivan, Theater Bielefeld and now freelances with renowned companies such as Ultima Vez in her search to explore raw physicality and emotion in performance and creation.
