Evangelos Poulinas
ANTIGRAVITY
A one-time accreditation is required for participation in the professional training. The Accreditation allows you to purchase tickets for the professional training. Click here for the conditions of participation.
The focus of this training programme is on finding the most efficient way to perform a challenging movement sequence. By analysing the movement, physical forces, and anatomical characteristics of the bodies, it is possible to explore ways to maximize performance by combining the available possibilities and using them to one's advantage. During the training, gravity is used to ground and support individuals, allowing them to take risks and push their limits in order to finally escape its pull. Utilizing potential to the highest extent facilitates evolvement and the discovery of new facets within oneself.
