LETGO
A one-time accreditation is required for participation in the professional training. The Accreditation allows you to purchase tickets for the professional training. Click here for the accreditation form.
The training deals with the state of active letting go: letting go of weight, falling, hanging, breathing, releasing. Using principles from the release technique, contact improvisation and shiatsu, the training focuses on the interplay between tension and relaxation. What dance potential lies in the transitions from one physical state to the next - in the fleeting and transformative moment of the in-between. Letgo is a moving and energetic practice that especially strengthens the posture and perception of the body.
