DANCE YOUR IMAGINATION
In this class we will warm up, dance and choreograph movements together. The focus will lie on images and movement qualities created by our imagination: the body shakes not only because small quick light movements are produced throughout the body, but also because the body feels like an earthquake! Dancing is a process that makes our legs, feet, arms, hands, spine and shoulders, our hips and knees, elbows and fingertips, our belly and head move. We engage our curiosity and devote ourselves to the unique phenomenon that is being moved and in motion while we dance, but is often forgotten: our imagination!
