In KONTROL THE MORNING, the constant interplay of tension and relaxation is the focus of attention. With influences from contact improvisation, shiatsu, strength training & martial arts Patricia Carolin Mai develops a sweaty practice that strengthens especially the body's core. In addition, she works on the dancing potentials that can lie in the transitions from one physical state to the next - in the ephemeral moment of the in-between.
