Gaga/Dancers strengthens the body by promoting flexibility, endurance and agility. Coordination and efficiency are trained and the senses and imagination are stimulated. The class deepens dancers' awareness of physical sensations, enhances the ability to modulate energy and enriches movement quality with a wide range of textures, such as soft and strong, restrained and exaggerated. Suggestive instructions designed to increase and reinforce awareness of sensation guide through the training: a multi-sensory, physically challenging experience.

Tanja Saban

is a dancer, choreographer, certified Gaga teacher and somatic movement coach. She graduated from SEAD and created work in Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and New York City. She is a founding member of DFRAC, a platform for co-creative, immersive dance experiences that oscillate between club culture, performance and somatics.
