THE AXIS SYLLABUS – MOVING WITH EASE

The focus of the training is on working with curves and spirals in the body’s anatomy and exploring their potential in complex and dynamic movement. Tools from The Axis Syllabus are used to integrate knowledge from biomechanics, anatomy, and physics. Floorwork and movement sequences through space provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of their own anatomy and coordination. The aim is to enhance the ability to jump, land, roll, and fly — with efficiency, softness, and expressive power.

Dagmar Bock

is a freelance performer, choreographer, and movement researcher. She has a.o. performed with Cie Toula Limnaios, Sasha Waltz & Guests, and Staatstheater Nürnberg. Dagmar is a certified Axis Syllabus Teacher, Craniosacral Bodywork Practitioner, and creates her own choreographic work.
