Physical movement is an important resource for our health, resilience and creativity. Together we will embark on a journey through the five categories of body, space, time, senses and body systems. We practically explore the topics: Relaxation skills, sound, body connection, breath, phrasing, mindfulness, delineation, and movement and body organisation. Concrete movement units for one's own well-being as well as for the classroom teach how somatic body and movement knowledge - as the basis of diverse cognitive, linguistic and emotional learning processes - can be meaningfully integrated into everyday (professional) life. Through dance-based design assignments, we expand what we have experienced somatically into an artistic form.
