Ballet is a language that unites dancers and builds a collective awareness in the most diverse constellations. The focus of my classes is on encountering the art of classical ballet with a sense for dynamic movement, extension, lightness and joy. Emphasis is on the awareness of the own body and the adequate use of strength during the training and the stabilization and centering of the body.
As part of the K3-series Essentials Eva-Maria Kraft gives a lecture about balanced nutrition for dancers on February 4th.
