In her classes, Jenny Beyer combines elements of very different training approaches: floor work, fitness training, yoga, ballet, authentic movement and improvisation. The whole body, with its senses, muscles, and abilities, should get into motion. The class is intended to serve the participants as a platform to focus on their very individual needs of training. What do I expect and desire from my dancing body? Why and what for are we training? How can we use different forms of training in a healthy and efficient way to create our own training strategies and routines?
