This training is centred on contemporary technique; prioritising floorwork, improvisation, and diverse, challenging movement combinations. It focuses on gravity, body textures, movement chains, spatial relationships, organic movement, asymmetry versus symmetry, opposing forces, groove, and precise execution of technique. The overarching goal is to apply principles of correct movement in order to explore the fullest range of motion and efficiency while safeguarding the body.

Dor Mamalia

is a performer, rehearsal director, choreographer and dance teacher. He danced for the Kibbutz Dance Company, Tanz Luzerner Theatre, and Vertigo Dance Company. He has taught at NDT 2, Royal Danish Ballet, Danish Dance Theatre, and Staatstheater Braunschweig amongst others. He co-founded the Berlin-based dance collective Human Fields.
