The focus of the training is on looking at curves and spirals in the anatomy of the body and the potential to coordinate such in between movements. Tools from The Axis Syllabus are applied, combining knowledge from the fields of biomechanics, anatomy and physics. The intention is to strengthen ways to take off and land, walk and roll as well as fly softly and powerfully.

Dagmar Bock

Dagmar Bock is a freelance performer, choreographer and movement researcher. She has performed with Cie Toula Limnaios, Sasha Waltz & Guests and Staatstheater Nürnberg. Dagmar is Teacher Candidate of The Axis Syllabus, Craniosacral Bodywork Practitioner and creates her own choreographic work.
