A one-time accreditation is required for participation in the professional training. The Accreditation allows you to purchase tickets for the professional training. Click here for the conditions of participation.

This class encourages a sense of body awareness and efficiency as well as physical articulation. It starts with simple exercises, building strength and forming a good foundation to get the body ready for the day. Special emphasis is placed on healthy body mechanics, principles of physical laws, efficient use of weight, falls to the floor, and jumps amongst others.

Jarek Cemerek

is  an established and award-winning choreographer and dancer. He is a university professor and teaches around the world in institutions such as Juilliard School, DV8, Boston Conservatory, Carte Blanche, Göteborg Opera, New Zealand School of Dance and Steps on Broadway.
