As you are reading at this very moment, the performance is progressing. The awaited moment of meeting you in P1 is soon to come. Beware for it might be the beginning of your own journey. Indeed your body might become a vessel to recall the memories of the lost audiences and to revive the ghostimages of past performances. We might even awake the dead monster, the longforgotten participation-that-mattered. And If we do,...With the performance and the artistic research, Alexandre Achour and his collaborators examine different performances throughout the 20th century, which used participatory means to transform the role, position or experience of the spectator and which were critical towards their social and cultural contexts.

Alexandre Achour
In his work he invents affective situations and choreographic procedures that reflect upon this process and he uses choreography as a medium for reimagining it anew. He collaborates with Tino Seghal, Xavier Le Roy and Saša Asentic. Currently he is developing an artistic research between dance communities in Germany and China.
