THE KINESTHETIC RESONANCE

Bringing together moving with intent with scores designed to challenge our articulation, and stamina. These classes use improvisation to push our relationship to, and awareness of, detail in movement. Inspired by an approach that comes from anatomical relationships (how do movements of the feet relate to the spine?), combined with the energy and challenges found in the work of Fighting Monkey, we will look at things likes intensity, shifts of focus, being off balance, or in states of constant flux. There are no set phrases in this class and it is designed to be sweaty.
